GISUser.com have a nice KML files for live Tropical Data and NHC Storm Forecast Models. It pulls the lastest forecast tracks and predicted strength for tropical named storms (Depression, Storm, Hurricane) from the National Hurricane Center, and then writes the kml that represents the data.
