Gmail have just released new features allowing to add pictures to your contacts. With contact pictures in Gmail, you can pick ones for yourself, see which ones your friends have chosen, and set certain pictures to show up for specific people in your Gmail account. Best of all, you can even send picture suggestions to your friends.

Google is rolling this new feature progressively, but you may saw it very soon if it's not already there. Another feature is out for Gmail Chat which is the sound notification, now you can hear a "ping" everytime someone send you a chat.
