Suwanee, GA - October 3, 2006 - Quality Technology Services (QualityTech), one of the nation's largest privately held providers of data center facilities and managed services, today announced it has entered into an agreement to purchase Globix Hosting LLC, a subsidiary of Globix Corporation (Amex: GEX) . The purchase adds New York and California to the existing QualityTech locations for a total of 1.5 million square feet in data center facilities.
