Jason Diamond have made another AJAX .NET library and there is already a Release 4. There is not yet a special page for the project, but you can always download the latest release from here
In the latest release there is support for server-side DropDownList-like controls , fixes a pretty big bug that occurs when your data sets, tables, rows, or collections are empty and DataGrid-derived class that uses the Ajax.NET library to do asynchronous call backs to the server instead of causing the full page to post back every time you interact with it
