The latest source code of the Ajax.NET Professional Library online at http://ajaxpro.schwarz-interactive.de/, now. You can download the full source code including the small example project written in C#. Michael added a notice about licensing and usage of the current source :

Please note: the source code is put online to show how Ajax.NET Professional is working. It is not allowed to build your own AJAX library for the .NET Framework using these source code files. If you have found any bug or missing feature please use my contact form here at this web site. The new features will be added to the Ajax.NET Library in the next weeks.
