TIBCO General Interface Version 3.2 Beta to Drive AJAX Adoption and Extend Benefits of SOA to End Users and Developers

PALO ALTO, Calif. TIBCO Software Inc. (NASDAQ: TIBX), today unveiled TIBCO General Interface™ version 3.2, beta edition. TIBCO General Interface, which was rated as the best AJAX Rich Internet Application (RIA) toolkit by IDG's Infoworld this year, will provide developers with an open source licensing option and newly added functionality including support for Firefox 1.5. By offering an open source license developers will be able to freely use and extend TIBCO General Interface to more easily combine and leverage the powerful capabilities of a service-oriented architecture (SOA) with Rich Internet Applications (RIA) technology.
