Spotback is a personalized rating system released in beta this week. The service aims to recommend relevant content based on personal rating history using collective filtering in aggregated knowledge technologies. Spotback provides a set of AJAX rating widgets for site owners (screenshot below) to include in your blog and allow visitors to rate everything you publish.
