Alessandro La Rosa and Fabio Fidanza, authors of the StripeGenerator tool have created another pattern background AJAX Generator for designers looking to get ready for web 3.0 : Tartanmaker. The tool allow you to download or save your tartan pattern that you can create in a new/old fashion with a very simple interface. I'm not a designer, but would prefer have those patterns on a pullover, probably I'm missing the winter! Be sure to check the tartan's gallery, there are many inspiring designs that you might find useful, and if you feel creative, just create an account and post your own.
