QuTags is an attempt at saving the phrase, "javascript-less" AJAX. A lot of PHP AJAX implementations scream this to get you to use it, but QuTags actually delivers. Its open source, and it comes in two flavors; C Apache module or the PHP scripts. It has a growing community of over 400 users since its conception (May 2007). The library come with a good documentation which make it easier to use, but I think it require a lots of practice to find yourself more familiar with QuTags coding technique.
