With all the famous figure of the PHP community working at Yahoo! this should be launched long time ago with the Yahoo! Search Developer Network. Anyway, today there is a PHP Developer Center at the Yahoo! Developer Network with Howtos, Sample code, Other ressources and useful links. Currently three howtos available :
