The situation of Performancing is not really happy recently, with the metrics deal which didn't complete with Payperpost, the latest server problems, the resignation of Nick Wilson as CEO,... and now Partners program to close its doors. I think performancing now seek help before helping bloggers succeed. The performancing partners program was an interesting initiative that I was experimenting since last month, and got a partner but unfortunately the service will be stopped by the end of the month.

There was many different issues with the performancing recently so it's difficult to say what's the reason behind closing the service, and why it fails. Now performancing have only it's rebranded Firefox editor ScribeFire and the blog, in addition to metrics and partners which are turning off. Maybe they'll focus more on the community aspect in the future, and hope they could find alternative solutions for the business.
