This extension is called CuteMenus and it's really cute one ! CuteMenus add icons to your Firefox menus to make it look like the screenshot below. CuteMenus is compatible Windows / Linux, Firefox 0.8 - 1.6 / Thunderbird 1.0 - 1.6 / Flock 1.0+. They have icons for almost anything, and its really worth to give it a try.
