After being posted on mozilla labs, the news have hit the blogosphere last week about Mozilla Coop, the new social network built upon Firefox. But when looking more closer, Coop is based on Facebook social network and using their API to login, retrieve friends ... etc. So I'm not sure if the current version is a proof concept of what coop is, or is it really 100% based on Facebook, in that case better call it facebook extension for Firefox and avoid confusion since the social network Facebook already exist.
